We're Hiring: Email Marketing Specialist

Location: Bahria Town, Lahore

Timings: 2 PM – 11 PM (Monday to Saturday)

On-site | Full-time

Infinity Warriors is looking for a detail-oriented
Email Marketing Specialist
who can craft compelling campaigns while maintaining meticulous records of our marketing activities and customer data.

Key Responsibilities:


Email Campaign Management

  • Plan, create, and launch email campaigns.
  • Write engaging, brand-aligned copy.
  • Design responsive templates (basic HTML/CSS knowledge is a plus).
  • Conduct A/B testing to optimize performance.
  • Segment lists for personalized messaging.


Performance Tracking & Record Keeping

  • Maintain campaign logs in Google Sheets.
  • Track KPIs: open rates, CTRs, conversions & unsubscribes.
  • Manage subscriber lists & engagement records.
  • Create reports with actionable insights.
  • Use Google Sheets as a content calendar for campaigns.


Data & Compliance Management

  • Ensure accurate & organized data tracking.
  • Maintain compliance with CAN-SPAM & related regulations.
  • Keep email databases clean and up-to-date.

Qualifications & Skills:

  • Proven experience in
    Email Marketing
    .
  • Advanced skills in
    Google Sheets
    (formulas, charts, analysis).
  • Proficiency with email platforms (Mailchimp, HubSpot, Constant Contact, etc.).
  • Strong analytical mindset with data-driven decision-making.
  • Excellent copywriting & content creation abilities.
  • Highly organized with attention to detail.
  • Ability to work independently & collaboratively.
  • Knowledge of
    Google Analytics
    is a plus.
  • Bachelor's in Marketing, Communications, or related field preferred.
