Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Facilities Manager based in Lahore. The Facilities Manager will oversee the daily operations of workplace facilities, ensuring that the environment is safe, well-maintained, and conducive to productivity. Responsibilities include managing maintenance services, coordinating with vendors, ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations, and handling workspace alterations. The Facilities Manager will also maintain budgets, conduct risk assessments, and implement efficiency improvements.

Qualifications

  • Skills in Facilities Management, Maintenance Services, and Vendor Coordination
  • Knowledge of Health and Safety Regulations and Compliance
  • Ability to conduct Risk Assessments and implement Efficiency Improvements
  • Excellent Organizational and Time Management Skills
  • Strong Communication and Interpersonal Skills
  • Experience in budget management and cost control
  • Bachelor's degree in Facilities Management, Business Administration, or related field
  • Experience in managing facilities in a work environment is a plus
