Job Purpose

To oversee and manage all administrative, security, and housekeeping functions of the facility. This role ensures smooth day-to-day operations, a safe and secure environment, and the highest standards of cleanliness and hygiene across all areas.

Key ResponsibilitiesAdministration & Coordination

  • Manage daily administrative operations, records, and documentation.
  • Ensure effective communication between management, staff, and external vendors.
  • Oversee procurement and inventory of office and facility supplies.
  • Assist with HR-related tasks, including attendance, scheduling, and staff onboarding.
  • Prepare and submit reports on administration, security, and housekeeping performance.

Security & Safety

  • Supervise all security operations including access control, CCTV monitoring, and incident reporting.
  • Develop and enforce security policies and emergency procedures.
  • Conduct regular security checks and coordinate with law enforcement/emergency services when required.
  • Train and schedule security personnel to ensure coverage of all key areas.
  • Maintain a safe and secure environment for staff, members, and visitors.

Housekeeping & Hygiene

  • Ensure all facility areas (studios, gym floor, restrooms, reception, and common spaces) are maintained to the highest standards of cleanliness.
  • Supervise housekeeping staff, assign duties, and monitor performance.
  • Maintain inventory of cleaning materials and ensure proper usage.
  • Conduct routine inspections to uphold hygiene and safety standards.
  • Coordinate with maintenance for repairs and facility upkeep.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Facility Management, or related field.
  • Minimum 7–8 years of experience in administration, facility supervision, or hospitality management.
  • Strong leadership and team management skills.
  • Knowledge of security systems, health & safety regulations, and housekeeping standards.
  • Proficiency in MS Office and facility management software.
  • Excellent organizational, communication, and problem-solving abilities.
