  • Consult with clients to understand their Umrah travel needs, including travel dates, preferences, and budget.
  • Provide detailed information on Umrah packages, including accommodation, transportation, and visa requirements.
  • Process bookings for flights, hotels, transportation, and other services, ensuring all components of the Umrah journey are coordinated.
  • Assist clients in gathering necessary documents for the Umrah visa application.
  • Submit visa applications to the appropriate authorities and ensure the timely issuance of Umrah visas.
  • Keep clients informed of any visa requirements or changes in regulations.
  • Design and customize comprehensive itineraries for clients, ensuring a smooth and well-coordinated Umrah pilgrimage experience.
  • Coordinate travel schedules, including flight bookings, airport transfers, local transportation, and accommodation in Mecca and Medina.
  • Ensure the smooth coordination of services such as hotel check-ins, ground transportation, and guided tours.
  • Act as the main point of contact for clients while they are on their pilgrimage, addressing any issues or concerns.
  • Handle payments, invoicing
  • Gather feedback from clients post-Umrah to identify areas for improvement in service delivery.
  • Implement feedback to enhance future travel packages and provide a better experience for future clients.

Education: Bachelor's degree in Tourism, Hospitality, or a related field is preferred.

Experience: 2-3 years of experience in the travel industry.

Job Type: Full-time
