Job Title: Umrah Consultant – UK
Location: Remote / UK-based
Type: Full-Time / Part-Time
About the Role:
We are seeking a passionate and knowledgeable Umrah Consultant to guide UK-based clients in planning and booking their Umrah journey. The ideal candidate will have strong communication skills, deep understanding of Umrah travel requirements, and a commitment to excellent customer service.
Key Responsibilities:
- Advise clients on Umrah packages, visa requirements, and travel options.
- Handle customer inquiries via phone, WhatsApp, and email.
- Create personalized Umrah itineraries based on client needs and budgets.
- Coordinate with airlines, hotels, and ground service providers.
- Manage bookings, payments, and documentation.
- Provide after-sales support and ensure customer satisfaction.
Requirements:
- Experience in Umrah or Hajj travel consultancy (preferred).
- Knowledge of Saudi visa processes and Umrah regulations.
- Excellent communication and sales skills.
- Fluent in English (Arabic is a plus).
- Proficient in using CRM and online booking tools.
- Based in or serving clients from the UK market.
