Breeze Travels & Tours (Pvt) Ltd is a well-established travel agency providing a full range of services, including Air Ticketing, Group Tours, Umrah Packages, Visa Assistance, Hotel Reservations, and Travel Insurance. As we continue to grow, we are seeking a motivated and skilled Tour Executive to support both international and domestic group travel operations.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Plan, coordinate, and execute group and individual tours (both inbound and outbound).
  • Work with hotels, transport providers, visa agents, and overseas partners to deliver complete travel arrangements.
  • Develop tour itineraries, prepare costings, and generate quotations.
  • Manage group visa documentation, hotel confirmations, transportation logistics, and sightseeing schedules.
  • Maintain professional communication with clients and corporate groups to ensure seamless travel experiences.
  • Build and sustain relationships with suppliers and negotiate competitive rates.
  • Oversee pre-departure preparations and post-tour tasks while ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction.

Requirements:

  • 1–2 years of hands-on experience in group tour management or travel operations (experience with a tour operator is preferred).
  • Good understanding of international destinations, visa processes, and hotel/transport coordination.
  • Proficiency in MS Office; familiarity with GDS systems (Galileo / Sabre) is an advantage.
  • Strong organisational skills with the ability to handle multiple group tours at once.
  • Education: Minimum Graduate; a Diploma in Travel & Tourism is preferred.
