We are a fast-growing real estate marketing and investment company operating in the UAE market. Our campaigns run across multiple platforms, but Meta (Facebook & Instagram) is a key driver for generating high-quality leads. We are looking for a data-driven
Meta Performance Marketer
who can manage, optimize, and scale campaigns with a strong focus on ROI and lead quality.

Key Responsibilities

  • Plan, launch, and manage
    Meta Ads campaigns
    across Facebook and Instagram (lead generation, conversion, and remarketing).
  • Conduct detailed
    audience research, targeting, and A/B testing
    to maximize results.
  • Develop
    ad creatives, ad copy, and campaign structures
    aligned with project objectives.
  • Monitor and analyze
    campaign performance (CTR, CPL, CPA, ROAS)
    using Ads Manager and GA4.
  • Optimize budgets, bids, and placements for maximum ROI.
  • Generate regular performance reports and actionable insights.
  • Stay updated on Meta's evolving advertising tools, compliance, and industry best practices.

Requirements

  • Proven experience
    (2–4 years) running performance marketing campaigns on Meta Ads.
  • Strong knowledge of
    CPL/CPA optimization
    , audience segmentation, and pixel/GTM tracking.
  • Hands-on expertise with
    Meta Ads Manager, GA4, and tracking tools
    .
  • Strong analytical and reporting skills (Excel/Sheets proficiency a plus).
  • Ability to create and test ad creatives with a conversion-focused mindset.
  • Excellent communication and remote collaboration skills.
  • Prior experience with
    real estate campaigns
    is a strong plus.
