Working Days : Mon- Fri
Saturdays: Alternative are off.
We are a results-focused digital marketing agency working with contractors and service-based businesses across the USA and Canada. Our mission is to help clients grow through well-structured marketing systems, strategic ad campaigns, and consistent performance tracking.
We are currently hiring a senior-level professional with a proven background in performance marketing. This role is ideal for someone with strong experience in generating qualified leads through paid and organic strategies on Google, Facebook, and Instagram, while also managing analytics, reporting, and campaign execution.

Key Qualifications:
- Must be based in Lahore and available to work on-site
- 2+ years of proven experience in Google Ads and Meta Ads (Facebook/Instagram), specifically for service-based businesses (e.g., contractors, home services, local trades, etc.)
- Strong understanding of lead generation funnels, conversion tracking, analytics, and reporting
- Excellent command of the English language – verbal, written, and listening
- Ability to manage multiple accounts efficiently while following internal SOPs
- Comfortable with occasional late-night client communication (as per North American time zones)
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
Responsibilities:
Paid Advertising (Google & Meta Platforms):
- Strategize, build, and manage paid campaigns across Google (Search, Display, YouTube) and Meta (Facebook, Instagram)
- Conduct regular optimizations and performance tracking to meet campaign KPIs such as ROAS, CPL, CTR, and conversion rate
- Set up pixels, tracking codes, conversion goals, and UTM tagging
- Execute A/B testing and audience segmentation for better campaign outcomes
Analytics & Reporting:
- Configure and manage tools like Google Analytics (GA4), Google Tag Manager, and Looker Studio
- Prepare insightful reports with clear performance summaries and actionable recommendations
- Review data consistently and work with internal teams to improve marketing performance
Client Collaboration & Communication:
- Collaborate with design, content, SEO, etc.
- Maintain proper communication and timely updates with clients and internal team members
- Follow established SOPs to ensure a smooth workflow across all tasks
Preferred Tools & Platforms:
- Google Ads, Meta Ads Manager
- Google Analytics 4 (GA4), Tag Manager, Looker Studio
- Canva, Figma, basic knowledge of Photoshop
- Automation tools (Zapier, Integrately, etc.)
- Project management tools (ClickUp, Trello, Slack)
- CRM and call tracking platforms (e.g., GoHighLevel, CallRail)
