Role Overview:

We are looking for a fresh Finance Executive to join our Recovery team. The ideal candidate should be enthusiastic, detail-oriented, and eager to start a career in financial operations and client account management.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist in monitoring and managing client recovery accounts.
  • Coordinate with clients for payment follow-ups and settlements.
  • Maintain accurate records of recovery transactions and outstanding balances.
  • Prepare daily and monthly recovery reports.
  • Support the finance team in reconciliation and documentation tasks.
  • Ensure timely communication and follow-ups with internal and external stakeholders.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Commerce, or related field.
  • Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.
  • Strong communication and negotiation skills.
  • Proficiency in MS Excel and basic accounting tools.
  • Detail-oriented with good analytical abilities.

Note: This role offers an excellent opportunity for fresh graduates to build hands-on experience in financial recovery and operations.
