We are seeking a skilled Tableau Administrator with 4 to 6 years of experience to join our team remotely. If you're passionate about data visualization and server management, this is your chance to make an impact

Key Responsibilities:

  • Configure and maintain Tableau Server alerts and health checks
  • Perform routine maintenance and ensure optimal performance of Tableau Server
  • Monitor the Tableau environment and respond to system alerts and notifications
  • Track, report, and enhance uptime/availability in line with SLAs
  • Lead and coordinate the annual Disaster Recovery exercise
  • Troubleshoot and resolve user-reported Tableau issues; escalate when needed
  • Collaborate with Tableau Support to address product defects and security vulnerabilities
  • Maintain comprehensive operational documentation
