About the Role:

We are hiring an Entry Level HR Executive to support our growing team. This position is open to fresh graduates, but excellent command of English (both written and spoken) is a strict requirement. Weak communication skills in English will not be suitable for this role.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist in day-to-day HR operations such as recruitment, onboarding, and employee record management.
  • Coordinate with employees and management, ensuring professional and clear communication at all times.
  • Handle employee queries responsibly and maintain confidentiality.
  • Support HR initiatives and contribute to process improvements.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree (Fresh graduates encouraged to apply).
  • Outstanding communication skills in English (spoken and written) – mandatory.
  • Responsible, detail-oriented, and eager to learn.
  • Ability to manage time effectively and work proactively.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Rs45, Rs60,000.00 per month
