Position: IT Officer

Location: Bore & Bore Office – Karachi

Salary Range: Market Competitive

Job Description:

We are looking for a qualified and hands-on IT Officer to join our team at Bore & Bore. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing IT infrastructure, hardware troubleshooting, ERP operations, and providing technical support across multiple systems.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Prepare purchase orders (POs) and handle vendor coordination.
  • Manage IT budgeting and procurement for hardware and software needs.
  • Oversee domain and website operations, ensuring optimal performance.
  • Support and maintain ERP systems and troubleshoot user issues.
  • Install, configure, and maintain CCTV (IP) cameras, PABX/IPBX systems, and attendance machines.
  • Provide troubleshooting for computers, printers, and photocopy machines.
  • Configure email (Outlook) and ensure smooth IT network operations.

Qualifications & Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a related field.
  • 2–4 years of experience in IT support or system administration.
  • Strong knowledge of ERP systems, networking, and hardware troubleshooting.
  • Proficient in MS Office and email configurations.
  • Certifications preferred: Cisco (CCNA) and MCSA.
  • Technical skills in:
  • CCTV IP Camera Installation
  • PABX/IPBX Configuration
  • Computer and Hardware Troubleshooting
  • Photostat Machine and Attendance System Maintenance

Note: Must be based in Karachi, preferably near Maymar Site to avoid travel constraints.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Rs50, Rs75,000.00 per month
