Role Overview:

We are looking for a
Data Research & Lead Generation Specialist
who can help us build high-quality prospect databases aligned with our
Ideal Customer Profile (ICP)
. The ideal candidate should have experience in
data scraping, enrichment, and verification
from reliable sources to support our
bulk email marketing and outbound sales campaigns
.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Identify and collect contact data (name, email, company, title, location, etc.) aligned with our ICP.
  • Use tools like , ZoomInfo, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Skrapp, , Lusha, etc.
  • Create and maintain bulk lead lists segmented by industry, location, and role.
  • Ensure high accuracy and deliverability of contact information (verified and updated data).
  • Work closely with the sales and marketing team to optimize lead quality and campaign performance.
  • Conduct competitor and market research to identify new lead sources.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in
    data scraping, B2B lead generation, or list building
    .
  • Strong understanding of
    ICP targeting and outbound marketing
    .
  • Hands-on experience with data extraction tools (Python scripts, Phantombuster, Apollo, etc.) is a plus.
  • Ability to deliver
    bulk, accurate data quickly
    .
  • Excellent communication and attention to detail.
