We are seeking a detail-oriented and customer-focused professional to join our team as a Customer Assistant / After Sales Assistant / Order Processing Assistant, this role is central to ensuring a smooth customer journey after the point of sale, handling order processing, client support, and administrative tasks to guarantee accuracy and customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Process customer orders accurately and efficiently using internal systems.
  • Provide after-sales support including handling inquiries, resolving complaints, and ensuring customer satisfaction.
  • Handle requests regarding orders, returns, exchanges, and after-sales support.
  • Maintain clear communication with customers to provide updates, resolve issues, and ensure satisfaction.
  • Coordinate with internal teams (sales, logistics, and accounts) to track and update order status.
  • Accurately maintain and update records of customer interactions, orders, and follow-ups in company systems.
  • Assist the Sales Head and management team with reports, documentation, and daily operational tasks.
  • Identify recurring customer issues and escalate them to the relevant departments for resolution.

Requirements:

  • Minimum 2 years of experience in customer service, order processing, or after-sales support.
  • Strong verbal communication skills in English (fluency required).
  • Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, Outlook).
  • Ability to multitask, prioritize, and work under pressure while maintaining accuracy.
  • Knowledge of order management or CRM | POS | PRM software would be a plus.
