Position Overview

We are seeking an experienced Chief Marketing Officer (CMO) to lead our complete marketing and brand-growth strategy across multiple companies.

The ideal candidate is both a visionary and an executor — capable of building systems, managing teams, and driving measurable growth through digital marketing, SEO, advertising, and franchise marketing.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement a unified marketing strategy for all company brands (Fast Cell Repair, Shield X, Musk & Co).
  • Lead a cross-functional team covering SEO, PPC, social media, design, and web development.
  • Plan and execute multi-channel digital campaigns (Google, Meta, TikTok, YouTube, and influencer marketing).
  • Oversee website performance, SEO ranking, and online reputation for all stores and franchises.
  • Manage brand positioning, storytelling, and visual identity across every platform.
  • Set up monthly marketing dashboards, KPIs, and ROI-driven reports.
  • Support franchise growth and lead generation through marketing funnels and automation.
  • Collaborate with the founder and leadership team to align marketing with expansion and sales targets.

Qualifications

  • 7+ years of experience in digital marketing or brand leadership (agency or retail background preferred).
  • Strong understanding of SEO, paid ads, and franchise marketing systems.
  • Proven record of scaling online and offline campaigns with measurable ROI.
  • Experience managing cross-functional marketing teams.
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and analytical skills.
  • Creative mindset with strategic business sense.
