Job Summary:
We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Assistant to the CEO who excels in research, communication, and coordination. The ideal candidate will support the CEO in day-to-day operations, handle professional correspondence, conduct market and business research, and communicate effectively with international clients and partners. This role demands exceptional English proficiency, organizational skills, and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct in-depth online research on business opportunities, market trends, competitors, and potential clients.
- Draft, proofread, and manage emails, proposals, reports, and presentations on behalf of the CEO.
- Make professional phone calls and video calls in fluent English with clients, partners, and candidates.
- Maintain and manage the CEO's calendar, meetings, and follow-ups efficiently.
- Support the CEO in recruitment coordination, client communication, and project tracking.
- Prepare summaries, briefs, and actionable insights from meetings, research findings, and correspondence.
- Handle confidential information with discretion and maintain professional integrity at all times.
- Collaborate with internal departments to ensure timely delivery of tasks and updates for the CEO.
- Assist in managing CEO's LinkedIn and professional communications when required.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, English, Communications, or related field.
- 2–5 years of experience as an Executive Assistant, Research Assistant, or Coordinator (experience supporting senior management preferred).
- Excellent English communication skills — both written and verbal (international client communication experience is a plus).
- Strong research and analytical skills with the ability to summarize information clearly.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, Google Workspace, and CRM tools
- Exceptional organizational skills, attention to detail, and time management.
- Ability to work independently, prioritize effectively, and handle multiple ongoing tasks.
Preferred Skills:
- Knowledge of business writing, proposal preparation, and client outreach.
- Comfortable with Zoom / Microsoft Teams / WhatsApp Business communication.
- Interest in technology, finance, or recruitment services.
