Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced CNC Machine Operator to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for operating CNC machines to accurately cut, shape, and polish marble and other natural stones, ensuring that each piece adheres to design specifications. Familiarity with CNC routers, bridge saws, waterjets, or CAD/CAM drawings is a plus.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Operate various CNC machines, including routers, bridge saws, and waterjets, to precisely cut and shape marble and stone slabs.
  • Read and interpret technical drawings, CAD files, and blueprints to ensure accurate project completion.
  • Set up and adjust machines for each job to achieve precise results.
  • Inspect finished pieces to ensure they meet quality standards, making necessary adjustments as needed.
  • Collaborate with the design and fabrication teams to understand project requirements and specifications.
  • Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work area, ensuring machines are properly cleaned and serviced.

Qualifications:

  • High school diploma or equivalent; additional training in CNC machining or stonework is preferred.
  • Proven experience in CNC setup, operation, and basic programming.
  • Ability to read and understand technical drawings and measurements.
  • Strong attention to detail with a focus on high-quality craftsmanship.
