IEC SMC-Pvt Ltd is seeking disciplined and reliable Security Guards to join our team. The ideal candidate should be alert, responsible, and dedicated to ensuring the safety and security of our company premises, employees, and assets.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Monitor and authorize entry/exit of employees, visitors, and vehicles.
  • Patrol assigned areas to prevent and detect signs of intrusion or unsafe activity.
  • Respond to alarms, emergencies, and security incidents.
  • Maintain accurate records of daily activities, incidents, and observations.
  • Ensure compliance with company rules, safety, and security procedures.
  • Report any suspicious activity or security concerns to supervisors.

Requirements:

  • Minimum Matric education (Intermediate preferred).
  • Prior security/forces background (Army, Navy, Rangers, Police, or relevant experience) will be preferred.
  • Physically fit with strong observation skills.
  • Honest, disciplined, and reliable.
  • Willing to work in shifts (day).
