We are seeking a disciplined and proactive Internal Security Officer to join our team. The incumbent will be responsible for ensuring the safety and security of residents, staff, and company assets across the premises. The role requires maintaining vigilance, enforcing security protocols, and supporting the overall operational efficiency of the security department.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Supervise and monitor day-to-day security operations across the premises.
  • Ensure adherence to company security policies and SOPs.
  • Conduct regular patrols and inspections of all designated areas.
  • Respond promptly to security incidents, alarms, and emergencies.
  • Prepare incident reports and maintain accurate documentation.
  • Coordinate with CCTV operators and security guards for efficient communication flow.
  • Support investigations and report findings to management.
  • Ensure a professional and courteous approach when dealing with residents, visitors, and staff.
  • Any other task assigned by line manager.

Requirements:

  • Minimum Intermediate; bachelor's degree preferred.
  • 2–4 years of experience in security supervision or facility management (residential/community setup preferred).
  • Strong communication and reporting skills.
  • Sound knowledge of security systems, patrol procedures, and emergency response.
  • Physically fit and able to perform outdoor duties.
  • Willingness to work on rotational shifts and holidays.

Job Types: Full-time, Contract

Pay: Rs50, Rs65,000.00 per month

Ability to commute/relocate:

  • Karachi: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Preferred)
