Responsibilities:

  • Prevent loss and damage by reporting irregularities, violation of SOPs, retraining trespass and theft of material round the clock.
  • Maintain a record of daily activities and also keep an eye on labor, workers, movement of store items, visitors and material during day and night.
  • Report and respond to all matters related to security and ensure remedial action.
  • Maintain record of seals, locks & keys, visitors, vendors and movement of vehicles & material.
  • Monitoring and controlling guards, maintaining attendance of security guards, recording security guard invoices and resolving security guards' conflicts and issues.
  • Verification of gate passes, material and product movement in/out of premises.
  • Physically checking and recording the movement of personnel, equipment, baggage etc.
  • Prompt reporting of all incidents, accidents and crimes against property and employees.
  • Operate and maintain visitor records in VMS / registers.
  • To seal the gate after operations and unseal it before the day starts, if any.

Education: Intermediate

Experience: 3 - 4 years of relevant experience
