Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly motivated Tele Sales Agent to join our truck dispatching team. The

primary responsibility of this role is to generate new business opportunities, build

relationships with trucking companies, owner-operators, and freight brokers, and secure load

assignments for our fleet. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, a

strong sales mindset, and knowledge of the trucking and logistics industry.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Proactively reach out to potential clients (trucking companies) via phone, email.

  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities to expand the company's client base.

  • Negotiate rates and secure profitable loads for carriers.

  • Maintain a strong pipeline of leads and follow up consistently.

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with truck drivers, fleet owners.

  • Provide excellent customer service by addressing client inquiries, resolving issues, and

ensuring smooth dispatch operations.

  • Follow up with clients to ensure satisfaction and repeat business.

  • Stay updated on industry trends, freight rates, and market demands.

  • Monitor competitor pricing and services to adjust sales strategies accordingly.

  • Maintain accurate records of calls, sales, and customer interactions in CRM software.

  • Prepare daily/weekly sales reports for management.

  • Assist in resolving billing or service discrepancies when necessary.

Qualifications:

  • 1+ years in tele sales, truck dispatching, freight brokerage, or logistics sales (preferred).

  • Familiarity with load boards (DAT, Truckstop, 123Loadboard) is a plus.

Skills:

  • Strong persuasive communication and negotiation skills.

  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.

  • Basic understanding of FMCSA regulations and logistics terminology.

  • Personal Attributes:

  • Self-motivated, results-driven, and persistent.

  • Excellent problem-solving and multitasking abilities.

  • High level of professionalism and customer service orientation.
