Job Summary:

We are hiring a
Senior Networking and Systems Administrator
with strong experience in managing secure and scalable IT infrastructure. This role involves maintaining enterprise networks and systems, with a focus on data protection, cloud security, and threat monitoring. The right candidate must have hands-on experience with
DLP
,
cloud control tools
,
UEBA systems
, and
email security (DKIM/SPF)
. A minimum of
4–5 years of relevant work experience
is required.

Key Responsibilities:

Network & Systems Management:

  • Configure and manage LAN, WAN, VPN, firewalls, and wireless networks.
  • Administer servers and virtual machines (Windows/Linux/VMware/Hyper-V).
  • Maintain Active Directory, DNS, DHCP, and system permissions.
  • Ensure high availability, performance, and uptime across infrastructure.

Cloud and Security Management:

  • Implement and manage
    Data Loss Prevention (DLP)
    tools across endpoints, cloud, and email.
  • Administer
    cloud access security controls
    (e.g., Azure Security Center, CASB).
  • Deploy and maintain
    UEBA (User and Entity Behavior Analytics)
    tools for insider threat monitoring.
  • Configure and maintain
    email authentication settings
    (SPF, DKIM, DMARC).
  • Conduct regular security assessments, patching, and incident response.

Compliance and Policy Enforcement:

  • Ensure all systems and tools are compliant with internal security policies and external regulations (e.g., ISO 27001, GDPR).
  • Support Identity and Access Management (IAM), encryption protocols, and endpoint protection tools.

Project & Team Leadership:

  • Lead IT projects like infrastructure upgrades, cloud integrations, and automation.
  • Work with cybersecurity teams to implement defense strategies.
  • Provide technical support and mentorship to junior IT team members.
  • Maintain up-to-date documentation of infrastructure and policies.

Required Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, IT, or related field.
  • 3-5 years
    of professional experience in system and network administration.
  • Hands-on experience with
    DLP tools
    (e.g., Symantec, Forcepoint, Microsoft Purview).
  • Familiarity with
    cloud security controls
    (e.g., Microsoft Defender for Cloud, CASB).
  • Experience with
    UEBA tools
    (e.g., Microsoft Sentinel, Splunk, Exabeam).
  • Strong understanding of
    email security protocols
    like SPF, DKIM, and DMARC.
  • Industry certifications such as
    CCNA/CCNP, Security+, Azure Administrator, MCSA/MCSE
    are preferred.

Technical Skills:

  • Networking: TCP/IP, BGP, OSPF, VLANs, firewalls (Cisco, Fortinet, Palo Alto).
  • Virtualization: VMware, Hyper-V.
  • Cloud: Azure (preferred), AWS or GCP.
  • Operating Systems: Windows Server, Linux (RHEL, CentOS, Ubuntu).
  • Scripting: PowerShell, Bash, or Python.
  • Monitoring: Experience with monitoring and alerting tools (e.g., Zabbix, Nagios, PRTG).
  • Backup & Disaster Recovery solutions.

Soft Skills:

  • Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting abilities.
  • Clear communication with technical and non-technical stakeholders.
  • Ability to manage tasks independently and lead projects.

Team player with mentoring experience.
