Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute content strategies aligned with the company's overall objectives.
  • Demonstrate a strong understanding of storytelling, visual aesthetics, and audience engagement to effectively collaborate with team members.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to maintain the visual and editorial direction of all content.
  • Research and stay up to date on SEO, content trends, and consumer behaviour.
  • Ensure consistency across websites, social media platforms, and video content.
  • Monitor content performance and identify opportunities for optimization. Track and report on growth patterns, viewership trends, and performance dips.
  • Maintain a calendar of project deadlines and content deliverables.
  • Ensure content strategies align with platform-specific goals and audience expectations.
  • Proficiency across all major platforms, including Snapchat, YouTube, TikTok, and Instagram.
  • Oversee the development and launch of new content channels and formats.
  • Ideation for content curation and creation across all social media platforms.
  • Stay informed about industry trends, audience behaviour, and emerging technologies to drive creative decisions and strategies.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in a related field (e.g., film, television, media studies, communications, marketing) or equivalent work experience.
  • Strong storytelling and creative writing skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, and other relevant software. Know-how of Adobe Creative Suite.
  • Knowledge of industry trends, audience preferences, and new technologies.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills.
  • Flexibility and adaptability to changing priorities and project requirements.
  • A passion for storytelling and creativity.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Rs60, Rs65,000.00 per month
