Role Overview

As an
Amazon Account Manager
, you'll take full ownership of client accounts — optimizing listings, managing ads, tracking performance, and driving measurable results. You'll work with a diverse portfolio of brands across multiple categories and play a key role in executing strategies that deliver real growth.

Key Responsibilities

  • Catalog Management:
    Create, optimize, and maintain high-performing listings using flat files — ensuring accurate titles, persuasive bullet points, backend keywords, and premium A+ content.
  • PPC Campaigns:
    Plan, launch, and scale Amazon Advertising campaigns to meet ACOS and TACOS targets, leveraging data to drive profitable growth.
  • Competitor & Market Analysis:
    Research market trends and competitor activities to identify new opportunities for ranking and conversion improvements.
  • Customer Experience:
    Manage reviews and feedback loops to protect and strengthen brand reputation.
  • Seller Central Operations:
    Resolve backend issues, communicate with Seller Support, and ensure full compliance with Amazon's policies.
  • Performance Tracking:
    Monitor key metrics and prepare actionable insights and reports for continuous optimization.

Requirements

  • Proven Experience:
    Hands-on experience managing Amazon Seller Central accounts — including PPC, catalog management, and troubleshooting.
  • Technical Mastery:
    Proficient in flat files, keyword research, and ranking strategies.
  • Analytical Mindset:
    Strong data interpretation and decision-making skills.
  • Tool Expertise:
    Familiarity with
    Helium10

    Scale Insights
    , and other PPC/SEO tools.
  • Communication:
    Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Team Player:
    Ability to collaborate cross-functionally in a fast-paced environment.
