Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for an Ebook Upseller based in Karachi. The Ebook Upseller will be responsible for identifying potential customers, promoting and upselling ebooks, maintaining customer records, and providing exceptional customer service. Daily tasks will include researching market trends, implementing sales strategies, and collaborating with the marketing team to optimize sales campaigns.

  • Experience in Digital Marketing and Promotion
  • Excellent Communication and Customer Service skills
  • Knowledge of Market Research and Trend Analysis
  • Ability to work collaboratively with marketing teams
  • Strong organizational and record-keeping skills
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field is preferred
