Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role based in Burewala for an Instructor at The Hunar Foundation. The instructor will be responsible for designing and delivering vocational training programs, preparing lesson plans, conducting practical demonstrations, and assessing student performance. The role also involves mentoring and guiding students in honing their technical skills and preparing them for professional opportunities.

Qualifications

  • Proficiency in technical teaching, lesson planning, and curriculum development
  • Strong communication, presentation, and mentoring skills
  • Experience in conducting hands-on practical demonstrations and fostering skill development
  • Ability to assess and evaluate student performance effectively
  • Prior experience in vocational training or relevant fields is advantageous
  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field or equivalent professional qualification
  • Commitment to fostering an inclusive and supportive learning environment
