About the Role:

A4Accountant is seeking an experienced and detail-oriented
Project Manager – Finance
with strong
US accounting and financial management expertise
. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience managing multiple projects, overseeing financial operations, and leading a team to ensure accuracy, compliance, and efficiency in all accounting and tax-related matters.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage and oversee multiple US-based client accounts and financial projects.
  • Supervise and guide a team of accountants and bookkeepers to ensure timely delivery and high-quality work.
  • Handle
    US accounting, bookkeeping, and financial management
    for various clients.
  • Prepare, review, and file
    US company tax returns and sales tax reports
    .
  • Process and manage
    US payroll
    using platforms like
    ADP, Gusto
    , and others.
  • Utilize accounting platforms such as
    QuickBooks Online, QuickBooks Desktop, Xero, Wave
    , and related software for daily operations.
  • Maintain strong communication with clients, providing insights, financial reports, and project updates.
  • Ensure compliance with
    US tax laws and accounting standards
    .
  • Identify process improvements and implement best practices to enhance efficiency and accuracy.

Requirements:

  • 4+ years
    of proven experience managing
    US-based accounts, bookkeeping, payroll, and taxation
    .
  • Strong hands-on expertise with
    QuickBooks Online & Desktop, Xero, and Wave
    .
  • In-depth knowledge of
    US tax preparation, filing, and sales tax regulations
    .
  • Practical experience with
    US payroll systems
    like
    ADP, Gusto
    , etc.
  • Demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects and lead a team effectively.
  • Excellent communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
  • ACCA, CA, or CFA qualification
    required.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.

Salary: 150K - 300K (Depend on experience & knowledge)
