Finance Manager:

Lahore, Pakistan

Kaizen School is seeking a highly experienced Finance Manager to lead our financial operations with precision, strategy, and integrity. This role includes managing the payroll function and ensuring full compliance with financial regulations and best practices.

Job Description:

* Oversee budgeting, forecasting, and financial reporting

* Ensure compliance with tax laws, audit requirements, and labor regulations

* Manage the complete payroll cycle, ensuring timely and accurate salary disbursements

* Implement and maintain strong financial controls and efficient processes

* Prepare financial statements and provide actionable insights to leadership

* Coordinate with auditors, banks, and external consultants as needed

What We're Looking For:

* 10+ years of proven experience in finance and payroll management

* Must have prior experience working in a school or educational institution

* Strong understanding of accounting principles, payroll systems, and local tax laws

* Professional qualifications such as ACCA, CPA, CA, or MBA (Finance) preferred

* Excellent attention to detail, organizational skills, and integrity

* Proficiency in financial software and Microsoft Excel

* Preferred: Should be available to join immediately
