AA Joyland Pvt. Ltd. is looking for the position of Birthday Sales Executive for its Head Office based in Karachi.
Location: DHA Phase 8
Qualification: Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
Salary: 45k - 50k
Experience: 1-2 Years
Job Duties:
- Generate and convert leads for birthday party bookings through calls, emails, walk-ins, and referrals.
- Promote birthday packages, upsell add-ons, and customize options based on client requirements.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with customers to ensure repeat business.
- Provide detailed information to clients regarding pricing, packages, and services offered.
- Coordinate with operations and event teams to ensure seamless event execution.
- Achieve monthly sales targets and contribute to revenue growth.
- Handle customer feedback and resolve queries promptly to ensure customer satisfaction.
- Actively participate in promotional activities and marketing campaigns to boost sales.
