Job Purpose:
As a Sales Executive for our UK based call center, your primary objective is to drive up sales and promote awareness of our essential boiler inhibitor product. You will be responsible for engaging potential customers, addressing their inquiries, and effectively conveying the value proposition of our inhibitor product to drive conversions.
Key Responsibilities:
- Proactively engage with potential customers via outbound/inbound calls to introduce and promote our inhibitor product.
- Identify and pursue sales opportunities, aiming to achieve and exceed monthly sales targets.
- Utilize persuasive communication skills to highlight the benefits and features of the inhibitor product effectively.
- Build and maintain positive relationships with existing and prospective customers.
- Address customer inquiries, concerns, and objections promptly and professionally.
- Provide accurate information about the inhibitor product, addressing customer needs and preferences.
- Develop an in-depth understanding of the features, functionalities, and benefits of the inhibitor product.
- Participate in regular training sessions to enhance product knowledge and sales techniques.
- Assist customers in completing orders, processing payments, and managing documentation accurately.
- Ensure all sales-related documentation and records are maintained in compliance with company policies and procedures.
- Maintain comprehensive records of sales activities, including customer interactions, sales conversions, and revenue generated.
- Provide regular reports on sales performance, trends, and customer feedback to the concern manager & management team.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience in sales, preferably within the boiler industry or related sectors.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to articulate product features and benefits persuasively.
- Strong customer service orientation with a focus on delivering exceptional customer experiences.
- Ability to work independently, prioritize tasks, and manage time effectively to meet sales targets and deadlines.
- Proficiency in using CRM software and other sales tools for lead management and tracking.
- A positive attitude, resilience, and a willingness to learn and adapt in a dynamic sales environment.
