Position Title: Protocol Officer

Location: Rawalpindi

Position Overview

The Protocol Officer is responsible for ensuring smooth, respectful, and professional handling of special guests, VIPs, dignitaries, and public figures at the bus terminal. The role involves coordinating guest reception, facilitating travel processes, and maintaining high standards of hospitality and security.

Key Responsibilities

  • Welcome and assist special guests, dignitaries, and public figures at the terminal.
  • Ensure seamless boarding/departure procedures with minimum inconvenience to the guest.
  • Coordinate with security, operations, and transport teams to ensure proper arrangements.
  • Arrange priority services, seating, and necessary facilities for VIP guests.
  • Maintain discretion and confidentiality while handling high-profile individuals.
  • Supervise terminal staff assigned to assist VIPs, ensuring professional etiquette.
  • Handle protocol-related documentation and guest logs.
  • Liaise with government/security agencies when required for guest handling.
  • Address and resolve any protocol-related issues promptly and professionally.
  • Uphold the company's image by ensuring exceptional guest experience at all times.

Qualifications & Experience

  • Bachelor's degree
  • Prior experience handling VIPs and dignitaries is highly desirable.(preferred)

Work Conditions

  • Based at bus terminal with frequent interaction with high-profile guests.
  • Flexible working hours, including weekends and holidays as per guest schedules.
  • Coordination with security, transport, and hospitality teams required.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Rs40, Rs45,000.00 per month
