Location: I-Commercial, Phase 8, Bahria Town, Rawalpindi.

Job Summary:

We are seeking a well-presented, confident, and professional female Receptionist to manage front-desk operations and provide administrative support. The ideal candidate will be the first point of contact for visitors and clients, ensuring a welcoming and efficient reception experience.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Greet and welcome visitors in a professional and friendly manner.
  • Answer and direct phone calls promptly and efficiently.
  • Handle incoming and outgoing correspondence, emails, and couriers.
  • Maintain visitor logs and ensure security protocols are followed.
  • Schedule and coordinate appointments and meetings.
  • Provide administrative and clerical support to the management team.
  • Maintain cleanliness and organization of the reception area.
  • Manage office supplies, stationery, and inventory.
  • Perform other related tasks as assigned by management.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree or Intermediate qualification preferred.
  • Proven experience as a receptionist, front desk officer, or in a similar role.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
  • Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
  • Professional appearance and pleasant personality.
  • Ability to handle sensitive information with confidentiality.

Working Hours:

[ 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM, Monday to Saturday]

Salary & Benefits:

  • Competitive salary based on experience.
