Role Description

We are seeking a Telesales Business Consultant for a full-time, on-site role located in Lahore. The Telesales guy will be responsible for contacting potential clients, explaining our services, and generating sales. Daily tasks include conducting outbound calls, following up with leads, providing customer service, and maintaining accurate records of client interactions. The role requires excellent communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively with our sales and customer support teams. Will be trained as well for the UAE market. Good Salary and very High Commission percentages in DHIRAMS.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Reach out to potential customers via phone calls to introduce our products/services
  • Generate leads and schedule meetings for the sales team
  • Maintain detailed records of calls and customer interactions
  • Achieve weekly/monthly targets and KPIs.

Requirements:

  • Customer Service and Customer Support skills
  • Freshers Can Also Apply
  • Strong Communication skills
  • Excellent interpersonal skills
  • Intermediate or Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field is a plus
  • Experience in the accounting and tax services industry is a plus too
  • Ability to handle rejection and maintain a positive attitude.

Job Types: Full-time, Fresher

Pay: Rs30, Rs35,000.00 per month
