Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for a Sales Manager based in Lahore. The Sales Manager will oversee daily sales operations, develop and implement sales strategies, monitor team performance, and ensure targets are achieved. They will be responsible for building and maintaining strong customer relationships, analyzing market trends, and identifying new business opportunities. Additionally, the role involves mentoring and motivating the sales team to reach their full potential and achieve organizational goals.

- Experince in Franchise opening
- Strong leadership and team management skills
- Proficiency in Market Analysis and Customer Relationship Management
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
- Experience in fashion or retail industry is a plus
- Ability to work in a dynamic and fast-paced environment
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field (or equivalent experience)
