Role Overview

As a Senior Product Designer at oladoc, you will work closely with Product, Engineering, and Growth teams to design seamless healthcare experiences. You will own the design process end-to-end from discovery and ideation to wireframes, high-fidelity designs, and developer handoff, ensuring consistent execution of a world-class user experience.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead the end-to-end product design process from user research and concept to delivery for web and mobile apps
  • Conduct user interviews, usability testing, and feedback sessions to understand patient and doctor needs
  • Collaborate with product managers and engineers to define what to build and why
  • Build and maintain scalable design systems to ensure consistency across platforms
  • Use analytics tools such as GA4, Mixpanel, and Hotjar to make data-driven design decisions
  • Deliver high-quality UI, interaction patterns, and motion design that balance functionality with delight
  • Work closely with engineering for smooth implementation and with growth teams to optimize conversions
  • Gather feedback, iterate quickly, and refine designs until the experience is polished
  • Showcase proven portfolio work that demonstrates impact on metrics such as activation, retention, engagement, and NPS

Requirements

  • 5+ years of proven product design experience in consumer-facing web and mobile products
  • Strong portfolio with case studies demonstrating end-to-end design, iterations, and measurable outcomes
  • Proficiency in Figma, Adobe Creative Suite, and prototyping tools
  • Experience in user research, journey mapping, and usability testing
  • Strong grasp of UX principles, visual hierarchy, and accessibility standards
  • Familiarity with A/B testing, conversion optimization, funnels, and retention
  • Ability to balance business goals with user needs and prioritize effectively
  • Excellent communication skills to present and defend design decisions
  • Experience working in fast-paced, agile environments

Nice-to-Have

  • Experience in health-tech, e-commerce, or marketplaces
  • Familiarity with motion design or micro-interactions
  • Knowledge of basic front-end concepts such as HTML, CSS, or React
  • Previous experience leading or mentoring designers
