We are seeking an experienced and customer-focused Travel Agent specializing in Umrah packages and religious travel services. The ideal candidate will manage client inquiries, design customized Umrah travel packages, handle bookings, and provide complete assistance from visa processing to accommodation arrangements.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist clients with Umrah travel planning, including flights, hotels, transportation, and visa services.
  • Provide guidance on Saudi travel regulations, pilgrimage requirements, and religious travel guidelines.
  • Handle inbound calls, emails, and walk-in clients with professionalism and empathy.
  • Build customized Umrah package deals tailored to client needs and budgets.
  • Collaborate with airlines, hotels, and service providers to secure the best rates.
  • Maintain accurate records of bookings, invoices, and client details.
  • Ensure high customer satisfaction and after-sales support.

Requirements:

  • Prior experience as a Travel Consultant/Agent, preferably with Umrah/Hajj or Middle Eastern travel.
  • Strong knowledge of Saudi Arabia visa requirements, Umrah policies, and religious travel logistics.
  • Excellent communication and customer service skills.
  • Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple client requests.
  • Proficiency in travel booking systems (GDS such as Amadeus, Sabre, Galileo, or similar).
  • Fluency in English (Arabic/Urdu is a plus).
