Mawhibat Travel and Tourism is looking for a dedicated and customer-focused Umrah Assistant to join our team. The ideal candidate will assist in the coordination and facilitation of Umrah-related services, ensuring a smooth and satisfying experience for our clients.

Key Responsibilities:


• Assist clients with Umrah visa processing, ticketing, and hotel bookings.


• Coordinate ground handling, transportation, and itinerary arrangements.


• Maintain and update client documentation accurately.


• Provide support and guidance to pilgrims before and during travel.


• Communicate effectively with vendors, airlines, and hotel partners.


• Resolve any issues or concerns raised by clients promptly and professionally.


• Keep clients informed about travel regulations and religious requirements.


• Maintain accurate records of client interactions and trip details.

Requirements:


• Minimum Bachelor's degree (preferred in Travel, Tourism, or related field).


• Prior experience in Umrah operations or travel agency is highly desirable.


• Strong organizational and communication skills.


• Ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently.


• Proficiency in MS Office and familiarity with travel booking systems.


• Fluent in English and Urdu (Arabic knowledge is a plus).
