Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role located in Karāchi, for an Upwork & Bark Bidder. The primary responsibilities include crafting and submitting proposals on Upwork and Bark platforms, identifying client needs, tailoring bids to meet their requirements, and ensuring timely follow-ups. The role also entails maintaining a comprehensive understanding of our services, negotiating project terms, and fostering positive client relationships to secure projects effectively.

Qualifications

  • Proficiency in crafting and submitting proposals on Upwork and Bark
  • Strong ability to identify client needs and tailor bids accordingly
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills for client interactions
  • Sales or marketing acumen, particularly in negotiating project terms
  • Capability to establish and maintain positive client relationships
  • Effective time management and organizational skills
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is preferred
  • Experience in the HR industry is a plus
