One of our group of companies, Shaadi Organization Pakistan is looking for a dynamic and result-driven Branch Manager to lead our DHA Phase V branch. The ideal candidate will be responsible for overseeing daily operations, ensuring customer service quality, managing staff, achieving sales targets and maintaining strong relationships with clients.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee branch operations, staff, and activities
  • Coordinate with management to maintain quality standards
  • Manage client relationships
  • Achieve and monitor branch targets and performance metrics
  • Report directly to the Head Office with timely updates

Requirements:

  • Females Only
  • Bachelor's or Master's degree (preferably in Business, Education, or Management)
  • 4 - 6 years of experience in a similar role, preferably in the sales, counseling, consultancy, insurance, marketing sectors
  • Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills
  • Ability to handle multitasking in a fast-paced environment
  • Proficient in MS Office and CRM tools
