Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Branch Manager located in Karāchi. The Branch Manager will be responsible for overseeing daily pharmacy operations, managing staff, ensuring compliance with policies and regulations, maintaining inventory levels, and providing excellent customer service. The Branch Manager will also be responsible for financial management, including budgeting and reporting, as well as developing and implementing strategies to drive business growth.

Qualifications

  • Experience in pharmacy management, staff supervision, and leadership skills
  • Knowledge of pharmacy operations, including inventory management and regulatory compliance
  • Strong customer service skills and ability to resolve conflicts effectively
  • Financial management skills, including budgeting and financial reporting
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Ability to work independently and in a team environment
  • Bachelor's degree in Pharmacy or related field preferred
  • Previous experience in a managerial role within a pharmacy setting is a plus
