Astron Hosts is offering an unpaid internship opportunity for enthusiastic individuals who want to gain experience in customer support and client communication. This internship is ideal for fresh graduates or students looking to start their career in IT and web hosting services.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist customers via calls, emails, and chat support
  • Handle basic client inquiries related to hosting and domain services
  • Provide timely responses and escalate issues to the technical team when needed
  • Maintain records of customer interactions and follow-ups
  • Ensure excellent communication and customer satisfaction

Requirements:

  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Basic understanding of IT services and hosting platforms (training will be provided)
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and work in a fast-paced environment
  • Positive attitude and willingness to learn
  • Education: Intermediate / Bachelor's (IT background preferred)
