Timings: 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM

Salary: Up to PKR 30,000

Logon Broadband Pvt. Ltd. is looking for a Junior Female HR Assistant (Entry Level) to join our HR team at our Clifton office. This is an excellent opportunity for fresh or early-career candidates who wish to build a career in Human Resources. Training will be provided.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Conduct bulk calling to candidates for vacancies
  • Perform initial screening of candidates over the phone
  • Arrange and coordinate interviews with relevant departments
  • Maintain and manage HR documentation and employee records
  • Support the HR team in day-to-day administrative tasks
  • Ensure professional communication and proper calling etiquette

Eligibility Criteria:

  • Education: Bachelor's degree (preferred)
  • Experience: Entry level / Fresh candidates are encouraged to apply
  • Age Limit: Up to 25 years
  • Must have a presentable personality and professional attitude
  • Strong verbal communication skills and good phone etiquette
  • Basic knowledge of MS Office is a plus
  • Willingness to learn and work in an HR environment
