Position Overview

We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented HR Assistant (Female) to join our growing team in Karachi. The selected candidate will play a vital role in supporting daily HR operations, maintaining employee records, and assisting with various people-related processes. This role is ideal for someone who is eager to grow in the field of Human Resources and contribute to a collaborative and professional work environment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide administrative and operational support for HR activities, including documentation, filing, and preparing reports.
  • Assist in the recruitment and onboarding process, such as posting job openings, scheduling interviews, and preparing employee induction materials.
  • Maintain accurate and confidential employee records, ensuring data consistency and compliance.
  • Support key HR functions including attendance management, leave tracking, and payroll coordination.
  • Participate in employee engagement programs, events, and training sessions.
  • Address employee queries in a professional and timely manner while ensuring smooth internal communication.

Required Qualifications

  • Education: Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related discipline (preferred).
  • Experience: Minimum 1 year of HR experience or a strong internship background in a similar role.
  • Excellent organizational and multitasking skills with attention to detail.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with professionalism.
