Laundry Xpress is looking for Junior HR Executive to join the team:

  • Assist in recruitment activities including job posting, CV screening, shortlisting, and coordinating interviews.
  • Conduct initial HR screening calls and manage communication with candidates professionally.
  • Support onboarding processes such as documentation, orientation scheduling, and employee record updates.
  • Maintain daily attendance records, track late marks/absences, and assist in preparing monthly attendance reports.
  • Coordinate with relevant departments to gather data for payroll processing.
  • Maintain and update employee files, contracts, and HR databases.
  • Assist in implementing HR policies and ensure compliance across all departments.
  • Support HR Manager in handling employee queries, grievances, and routine HR tasks.
  • Help coordinate employee engagement activities, training sessions, and internal events.
  • Prepare HR letters such as warnings, confirmations, and experience letters under guidance.
  • Ensure timely follow-ups, proper documentation, and smooth workflow across HR operations.
  • Perform any additional HR responsibilities assigned by the HR Manager.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Rs20, Rs30,000.00 per month
