Job Description:

We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Upwork Bidder Intern to join our team. The ideal candidate will assist in generating new business opportunities by submitting well-written proposals on Up-work and other freelance platforms. This role is perfect for someone who is eager to learn about business development, client communication, and freelancing platforms while working in a professional environment.

Responsibilities:

  • Write and submit customized proposals on Up-work and other platforms.
  • Carefully analyze client requirements and align them with our services.
  • Maintain and update records of bids, leads, and responses.
  • Collaborate with the team to improve proposal quality and conversion rate.
  • Learn and follow best practices for bidding and client communication.

Requirements:

  • Strong written and spoken English skills.
  • Basic understanding of IT services, software, or digital marketing (preferred but not required).
  • Ability to follow instructions and pay attention to detail.
  • Quick learner with a proactive and positive attitude.
  • Familiarity with Up-work or LinkedIn platforms is a plus.
