Responsibilities:

  • Assist in preparing and processing shipping documents including MBL, HBL, Commercial Invoice, Packing List, and Certificates.
  • Coordinate with operations, sales, and customer service teams to ensure timely flow of documentation.
  • Communicate with shipping lines, overseas agents, and clients for document requirements.
  • Maintain accurate records and filing of shipment documentation.
  • Support in drafting Bills of Lading and obtaining approvals.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and international trade regulations.
  • Assist in resolving documentation discrepancies or client queries.
  • Provide administrative support to the documentation and operations teams.

Requirements:

  • Fresh graduate or final year student (preferably in Business Administration, Supply Chain, Logistics, or International Trade).
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills in English.
  • Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
  • Detail-oriented, organized, and able to meet deadlines.
  • Eager to learn with a proactive and positive attitude.
  • Prior knowledge of freight forwarding and shipping will be an advantage (not mandatory).
