Business Development Manager (Sales Representative) – UK Estimation Campaign

Schedule: Monday to Friday (1:00 PM – 10:00 PM, with 1-hour break)

Salary: Competitive base salary + Attractive Commissions

About Us

Innovatech is a growing company specializing in UK Construction Estimation Services. We help contractors, builders, and developers streamline their bidding process with accurate and professional cost estimates. To expand our outreach, we are looking for experienced Business Development Managers (Sales Representatives) to join our dynamic team.

Job Responsibilities

  • Make outbound calls to UK-based contractors and builders to promote our estimation services.
  • Build strong client relationships and maintain a professional communication flow.
  • Understand client requirements and coordinate with the internal estimation team.
  • Achieve monthly sales targets and contribute to business growth.
  • Maintain CRM records and follow-up with clients for deal closures.

Requirements

  • 2–3 years of Call Centre/Telemarketing experience (international campaigns preferred).
  • Excellent English communication skills (both spoken and written).
  • Strong persuasion, negotiation, and closing skills.
  • Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
  • Target-driven, motivated, and eager to earn commissions.
