Description:

We are looking for an experienced Upwork bidder or business development executive who can help us win WordPress and Shopify projects on Upwork.

Responsibilities:

  • Search and identify relevant WordPress and Shopify projects on Upwork
  • Write professional and customized proposals
  • Communicate with clients to gather project requirements
  • Coordinate with our technical team to finalize scope and pricing
  • Maintain records of all bids and client responses

Requirements:

  • Proven experience as an Upwork bidder or business development specialist
  • Good understanding of WordPress, Shopify, and web development basics
  • Excellent written English and communication skills
  • Ability to work independently and meet daily/weekly targets

Preferred:

  • Experience working with a web agency
  • Knowledge of proposal writing and client handling

Compensation:

  • Fixed monthly salary + bonus/commission for successful projects
