Sales Specialist

Overview:
We are seeking a driven and results-oriented Sales Specialist with hands-on experience in SaaS sales to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in B2B sales, proficiency with CRM tools, and excellent English communication and negotiation skills. You will play a key role in acquiring new clients, nurturing leads, and driving revenue growth for our SaaS platform.
Key Responsibilities:
- Identify and engage potential customers through outbound calls, emails, and online channels.
- Conduct product demos, presentations, and walkthroughs to showcase platform features and benefits.
- Manage leads and opportunities effectively using a CRM system (HubSpot, Zoho, or similar).
- Build and maintain strong relationships with prospects to ensure consistent pipeline growth.
- Prepare and send sales proposals, quotations, and follow-up emails.
- Handle client objections and close deals through persuasive and consultative selling.
- Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
- Provide customer feedback to the product and marketing teams for continuous improvement.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
- 2–5 years of experience in SaaS or technology sales
- Proven experience using CRM systems to manage pipelines and track performance.
- Excellent verbal and written English communication skills.
- Strong negotiation, persuasion, and presentation abilities.
- Familiarity with email marketing tools and lead engagement strategies.
- Self-motivated, target-driven, and able to work independently as well as in a team.
