We are seeking a skilled and passionate Unity Game Developer to join our team on a project-basis. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys building high-quality, scalable, and engaging gameplay experiences across multiple platforms.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and optimize game mechanics using Unity and C#

  • Work on game features for both multiplayer and single-player modes

  • Implement UI, game logic, and performance optimizations

  • Collaborate with designers, artists, and backend engineers

  • Troubleshoot and debug runtime issues

  • Ensure a smooth deployment for PC and mobile platforms

Required Skills & Experience

  • Strong experience with Unity and C#
  • Proven track record developing:
  • Multiplayer games (Photon, Mirror, Netcode, etc.)
  • PC games
  • Mobile games (Android/iOS)
  • MOBA-style games
  • Additional game genres and gameplay systems
  • Strong understanding of gameplay programming, AI, UI, animation, physics, and optimization
  • Experience with asset management, prefabs, and game architecture
  • Knowledge of multiplayer networking, matchmaking, and server-client systems
  • Ability to work independently and deliver milestones on time

Bonus Skills

  • Experience with backend services (PlayFab, Firebase, AWS GameLift)
  • Shader programming, VFX, and custom tools
  • Knowledge of 3D math and physics
  • Experience publishing games to Play Store, Steam, or App Store
